Delivery Information

Orders are shipped from Norway or through Red Light Labs' logistics partners.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Norway: 2–5 business days
• EU/EEA: 3–10 business days

For products offered as part of a launch batch, pre-order campaign or limited production run, estimated delivery dates are displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

For the first production batch, delivery is expected during Summer 2026.

Customers will be informed of any significant changes affecting delivery schedules.

Full Refund Before Shipment

We want every customer to order with confidence.

All orders are fully refundable until the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

60-Day Return Policy

In addition to any rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws, Red Light Labs offers a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be returned within 60 days of receipt.
• The product must be returned in reasonable condition.
• All included accessories should be returned with the product.

Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
